Analysis and Experimental Verification to Effects of Pipe Initial Installation Stress on Pipe’s Natural Frequencies

Abstract
This paper investigated the effects of the pipe initial installation stress on pipe’s natural frequencies.Simulation analyses on catheter-free assembling stress,smaller installation stress,larger installation stress were carried out by using ANSYS in order to find the effects of the pipe initial in-stallation stress on pipe’s natural frequencies.Then a pipeline test-bed was constructed,which was simulated the initial installation stress.The experimental modal test analysis was conducted on the pipe through the hammer method,and the results were compared with those calculated by ANSYS.Fi-nally,modal test on the aircraft pipe was completed,and the results show that initial installation stress have certain influence on pipe’s natural frequencies,which provides important methods and ideas for the future study of monitoring system for pipe installation stress.关键词
