摘要
Abstract
Objective :To investigate the effects of cardiopulmonary rehabilitation training on cardiopulmonary func-tion and quality of life in patients with coronary artery disease .Methods :116 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group ,58 cases in each group .Both groups were given con-ventional medical treatment .Besides ,observation group was given systematic cardiopulmonary rehabilitation train-ing .Results :After 1-month treatment ,the anaerobic threshold (AT) ,peak oxygen pulse and peak VO2 in observation group were higher ,while the VE/VCO2 slope was lower than the control group significantly (P<0 .05) .The SF-36 scores in observation group were higher than those before the treatment and control group significantly (P<0 .05) . The SAS and SDS scores in two groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment (P< 0 .05) ,and those in the observation group were lower than those in control group (P<0 .05) .Conclusion:Systematic cardiopul-monary rehabilitation training can significantly improve the lung function ,exercise tolerance ,quality of life and psy-chological condition in patients with coronary heart disease .关键词
