植物血球凝集素（PHA）在拔牙位点保存中的可行性研究
The feasibility research of phytohaemagglutinin (PHA) at the tooth site preservation

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of application PHA on healing after tooth extraction in rabbits. Methods: 30 rabbits, male and female unlimited, were divided into experimental groups and control groups (15 rabbits/group). Experimental groups were injected of PHA in the blood clots and the local alveolar ridge which around the sockets after the blood clots formation, and the control groups inject the same amount of saline. All animal were injected every 2 days time, a total of three times. The clinical, the radiology, and the histopathological was then observed and analyzed at 1, 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks postoperative. Results: Relative length of Residual alveolar ridge between experimental group and control group had no statistical significance (P>0.05). HE staining show that there was no obvious difference of the osteogenetic activity between experimental groups and control groups, but in the same period, newborn capillaries in experimental groups was more than control groups. After 12 weeks, there was also no difference about the new bone collagen's maturity between two groups in Masson staining. Conclusion: PHA can promote the formation of capillary in tooth sockets, but no obvious effect on preservation of the residual alveolar ridge.关键词
