微创种植固定修复在下颌无牙颌患者中的临床应用研究
The clinical application study of dental implant fixed prosthesis obtained with minimally invasive surgery in edentulous patients of mandible

Abstract
Objective: The purpose of this clinical study was edentulous patients of mandible for fixes pros-thesis were implanted 8 implants by way of minimally invasive surgery. Methods: The edentulous pa-tients of mandible that required dental implant fixed prosthesis were selected. The detailed treatment plans were made. 8 implants were implanted by way of flapless surgery method. The old denture was used, after it was modified. About 6 months later, PFM bridges of implants were made and at least 12 teeth were restored. Results:Dental implant fixed prosthesis of 18 edentulous patients of mandible were finished using this method from 2006 to 2013. During the follow-up visit period (0.8 to 7 years), the survival rate of implants was 100% and the tissue around implants was stable. the local porcelain cracking was happened in 1 PFM bridge. Conclusion: 8 implants supported fixed denture could make the edentulous patients of mandible obtained ideal the masticatory function. The denture was comfort-able and convenient. Denture hygiene is easy to maintain. The acceptance and satisfaction of patients were high.关键词
