天然牙-种植体联合支持套筒冠固定桥的临床研究

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of telescope fixed bridge supported by tooth-implant. Methods: The telescope fixed bridges supported by the second premolar and the telescope implant in the second molar were finished in 20 patients with the loss of molar teeth. Patients’self-feeling,tooth-implant’s clinical mobility, x-ray, probing depth(PD)were measured during 3, 6, 12, 24 months follow-up. Results: All implants healed well with good functions. The tooth-implant ’s clinical mobility was less than 1.0 mm. The PD of teeth and implants was less than 2.0 mm. No signs of mobility or perim-plant radiolucencies were observed in any cases. Conclusion: Survival rate of the fixed bridge was 100% in the observation periods. The telescope fixed bridge supported by tooth-implant is a good re-store way for the missing teeth patients.关键词
