上颌后牙区骨量多平面重建技术的临床研究
Technique for multiple-plane bone reconstruction of the maxillary posterior teeth:A clinical study

Abstract
Objective: To explore the clinical value of the technique for multiple plane reconstruction in pre-operative assessment during dental implantation in maxillary posterior region. Methods: the maxillary posterior teeth from 62 cases (98 sides) were performed a spiral CT scanning preoperatively. After re-constructing the images from multiple planes, the bone of maxillary posterior teeth were analysised whithin 15 related examination projects to evalute whether it is suitable to dental implant surgery. A comparative study was then progressed on the basis of the orthpantomography. Results: The assessment could be accurately achieved with multiple-plane reconstruction in all of the 15 items, while only 10 could be achieved with the panoramic radiographs. In 11 non-indication index, multiple plane recon-struction technique could be well used, while only 7 could be assessed with the orthpantomography. the detection rate of the non indication index is about 39.40%, and the orthpantomography is 20.41%, in the assessment with 98 sides of maxillary anterior teeth. Significant differents could be noted between the both rates above (P<0.05). Conclusion: Multiple-plane reconstruction technique may accurately assess maxillary posterior teeth, and thus judging the indications for operation and providing more help for the design of the surgical procedure.关键词
