On Banning Opium and Drug in the Period of National Government Railway Ministry
摘要
Abstract
In the period of National Government Railway Ministry,the railway authorities carried out two phases of “thorough banning”and “gradual banning”opium and drug under the banner of nationalism.They set up special anti-opium institutions,formulated anti-opium regulations and effected anti-opium measures to have achieved some positive results.Meanwhile,there were some inadequacies and defects in railway authorities ’campaign of banning opium and drug to have affected the actual results.关键词
