Discussion of Fraser’s Three-Dimensional Justice Theory
摘要
Abstract
With the change of the times,the western theories of justice within their original frameworks can no longer explain the conflicts of injustice in today’s capitalist society.To get an objective and comprehensive understanding of justice,Nancy Fraser puts forward a unique critical theory of justice. The most important part of her theory is the defining of the essence of justice,namely,the discussion of"what kind of justice".In Fraser ’s view, contemporary social justice theory should have triple dimensions (economic, cultural and political ), and at the same time, justice should include redistribution justice,recognition justice and representation justice.Her justice theory can help us to clarify the striking social contradictions in today’s China and promote the construction of social justice in China.关键词
