Abstract
With the rapid development of voluntary service,China is now accelerating the process of the legislations on the voluntary service. Regulation on Voluntary Service, which will be playing a significant role in protecting the rights of volunteers and regulating the operation of volunteer organizations,is now under the legislative plan of the State Council and is expected to be passed in 2015. During the legislative process,we must persist in the principles of legitimate,democratic,scientific, professional and practical legislation, find solutions to the legislative difficulties and sum up the experiences of China’s voluntary service and learn the useful experiences from foreign countries to make the Regulation on Voluntary Service adapt to China’s conditions and have Chinese characteristics.关键词
