Pharmaceutical care for a child with epilepsy by clinical pharmacists
摘要
Abstract
Objective To provide reasonable individualized treatment plan for children with epilepsy by therapeutic drug monitoring technolo-gy.Methods The pharmacist participated in the treatment of epileptic children to adjust oxcarbazepine medication by the analysis of adverse drug reactions and pharmacokinetic characteristics , using therapeutic drug monitoring and pharmaceutical analysis methods.Results and Con-clusion The patient was discharged in stable condition.Under the guid-ance of therapeutic drug monitoring combined with the characteristics of pharmacokinetic , anti-epileptic treatment can be improved on efficacy and safety in clinical practice.关键词
