摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the pharmacokinetics of cefazolin so-dium and cefazolin sodium pentahydrate in Chinese healthy volunteers af-ter intravenous injection.Methods Six healthy volunteers were admin-istrated of cefazolin sodium pentahydrate and the other two healthy volun-teers were administrated of cefazolin sodium whit a single dose of 2 g.Concentrations of cefazolin sodium in serum and urine were determined by HPLC method.Results The main pharmacokinetic parameters of ce-fazolin sodium pentahydrate and cefazolin sodium were as follows: tmax were(0.75 ±0),0.75 h,Cmax were(256.26 ±48.68), 235.06 μg· mL -1 , t1/2 were ( 2.44 ±0.46 ) , 2.20 h, AUC0-t were ( 635.19 ± 87.98 ) , 500.86 μg · h · mL-1 , respectively.Urinary recovery rate of cefazolin sodium pentahydrate and cefazolin sodium was ( 86.21 ± 10.25 )%, 82.68%, respectively.Conclusion The main pharmacoki-netics parameters such as Cmax , t1/2 , AUC0-t and AUC0-∞of test and ref-erence preparations had some differences.关键词
