Abstract
Objective To study the excretion characteristics of ligus-trazine hydrochloride in Salviae Miltiorrhiza and Ligustrazine Hydrochlo-ride Injection in rats.Methods Rats were injected 20 , 40 and 80 mg· kg-1 Salvia Miltiorrhiza and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection by caudal vein, respectively.The urine and bile were collected at 0 -4, 4-8, 8-12, 12-24 h and 0-2, 2-4, 4-6, 6-12, 12-24 h, respectively.The concentrations of ligustrazine hydrochloride in urine and bile were measured by HPLC.Results After intravenous injection different doses of Salviae Miltiorrhiza and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection in rats, few ligustrazine hydrochloride was excreted in urine and bile as prototype.Conclusion The results indicate that prototype was not the main elimination form of ligustrazine hydrochloride in rats.关键词
