Abstract
Many inflammatory diseases′occurrence and development were associated with the overexpression of tumor necrosis factorαantago-nist ( TNF-α).TNF-αinhibitors was used for the treatment of rheu-matoid arthritis, glomerular disease, psoriasis, and crohn disease.This paper reviews the main clinical use of TNF-αinhibitors.关键词
