Abstract
This paper made reference to various studies on the basis and clinical application of micafungin at home and abroad performed by multi-discipline experts on the treatment of invasive fungal diseases and guid-ance recommended.Based on micafungin ’ s mechanism, antibacterial activity in vitro, functions on biofilm and drug resistance as well as its pharmacokinetic study, this paper comprehensively evaluated the clinical application experience and relevant prevention and treatment strategies for invasive fungal diseases, such as hematological disease or malignancies, severe illness, solid organ transplantation, respiratory and other infections.At the same time, the pharmacoeconomics of micafungin was introduced.关键词
