Abstract
Objective To study the association of methylenetetra-hydrofolate reductase ( MTHFR ) gene C677 T polymorphism and ad-verse drug reaction ( ADR ) by high -dose methotrexate ( HD -MTX) .Methods Polymerase chain reaction-microarray hybridiza-tion technology was used to detect the polymorphism of MTHFR C677 T.Enzyme multiplied immunoassay was used to monitor dynamic serum concentration of patients.Methylenetetrahydrofolate related ADR were recorded.Results The probability of mucositis was higher in carriers of MTHFR 677 CT+TT genotype as compared with patients with 677 CC genotype ( P <0.05 ).Conclusion The MTHFR C677 T polymorphism may contribute to the mucositis induced by HD-MTX chemotherapy.关键词
