清热化瘀滋阴方药效学研究和对狼疮小鼠肾组织凋亡蛋白的影响
Pharmacodynamic study of Qingrehuayuziyin prescription and its effect on expression of apoptosis protein on renal tissue in lupus mice

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of Qingrehuayuziyin ( QRHYZY) prescription on anti -inflammatory and analgesic , and its effect on the expression of apoptosis protein on renal tissue in the MRL /lpr mice.Methods The acetic acid writhing test was applied to observe the analgesic effect of QRHYZY prescription in mice .The xylene was used to induce the ear swelling in mice .Mice were divided into 5 groups:model group,QRHYZY prescription group(6,12,24 g· kg -1 ) ,aspirin group(300 mg· kg -1 ).The medicine was given by intragastric adminis-tration for 3 days.The variety of inflammatory and analgesic after QRHYZY prescription was observed.The degree of skin response were measured in Ⅲallergic reaction model.Rats were divided into 5 groups:model group ,QRHYZY prescription group(6,12,24 g· kg -1),predi-nisone group(5 mg· kg -1).The medicine was given by intragastric ad-ministration for 10 days.MRL/lpr mice were divided into 4 groups:model group,QRHYZY prescription group (24 g· kg-1),predinisone group(10 mg· kg -1),QRHYZY prescription+predinisone group(24 g· kg -1 +10 mg· kg -1 ).Intervention therapy was applied to MRL/lpr mice for 4 weeks in order to detect Fas and FasL protein expression on renal tissue.Results QRHYZY prescription reduced the writhing times in mice caused by the acetic and ear swelling caused by the xylene .The degree of skin response were reduced by QRHYZY prescription in Ⅲ allergic reaction.The expression of Fas and FasL protein were significantly increased by QRHYZY prescription.Conclusion The QRHYZY prescription is good at anti -inflammation ,analgesia.TheⅢallergic reaction was inhibited obviously and can promote lupus renal tissue cell apoptosis.关键词
