摘要
Abstract
Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation is an efficient and widely treatment modality in the clinic for the malignant and nonmalig-nant hematopoietic disorders or some solid tumors.Unfortunately, acute graft-versus -host disease ( GVHD ) become the big complication after posttransplantation,and poorly influence the success rates for transplanta-tion, thus induce the great morbidity and lethality.In this review, we main introduce the pathophysiology of acute GVHD and the mechanisms of perspective drugs.关键词
