克淋通胶囊治疗急性前列腺炎的临床疗效评价
Evaluation of clinical efficacy of kelintong capsule for patients with acute prostatitis

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the curative effect and safety of the Kelintong capsules on acute prostatitis.Methods One hundred and twelve patients with acute prostatitis were randomly divided into test group (84 cases) and control group (28 cases).Patients in test group were treated with kelintong capsule ( 0.4 g per pill for 3 pills, three times each day ) , and patients in control group were treated with relin-qing capsule ( 0.3 g per pill for 4 pills, three times each day ).The treatment lasted for 7 to 14 days.The data of traditional Chinese medi-cine( TCM) syndrome score, urine routine examination, prostate fluid routine, prostate B -ultrasound and adverse reactions in both groups were observed before and after treatment.Results A total of 81 in the test group and 25 in the control group finished the study.The data of to-tal effective rate for comprehensive curative effect and TCM symptoms were significantly higher in test group than that of control group, respec-tively ( P<0.05 ).The incidences of adverse reactions in test group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Keling-tong capsule is effective for patients with acute prostatitis, with less adverse reactions.关键词
