摘要
Abstract
5-hydroxytryptamine 2A receptor (5-HT2A R) is one of the subtype of 5-HT receptors, and there is a variety of polymorphisms in terms of 5-HT2A R gene.Different genotypes may have different impacts on pathogenesis of schizophrenia, clinical symptoms and drug efficacy.This article reviews recent studies on the correlation between 5-HT2A R genotypes and schizophrenia.关键词
