红花黄色素注射液对颅脑损伤大鼠的保护作用
Protective effect of Safflower Yellower Injection on traumatic brain injury in rats
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the protective effect of Safflower Yellower Injection on traumatic brain injury in rats.Methods Feeney method were used to establish traumatic brain injury model in rats.Rats of treatment group were administrated with the Safflower Yellower Injec-tion (60,30,15 mg· kg -1 ).The content of endothelin and calcitonin gene related peptide ( CGRP ) in plasma and neurologic impairment scores were deceted at the 3,7,14 days after administration.Results The high and middle doses of Safflower Yellower Injection ( 60 , 30 mg· kg-1 ) significantly reduced the plasma endothelin concentration , increased CGRP concentration and obviously decreased the neurologic impairment scores at the 3,7,14 days after administration (P<0.05). Conclusion Safflower Yellower Injection improved the symptom for traumatic brain injury.关键词
