摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Fengliao changweikang granule on diarrhea type of irritable bowel syndrome ( D-IBS) and its effect on interleukin -17 and interleukin -23 in serum.Methods Fifty cases of D-IBS were randomly divided into two groups, with 25 cases in each group.Patients in treatment group were treated with Fengliao changweikang granule 3 g, tid;and those in control group were treated with pinaverium bromide tablets 50 mg, tid.The treatment lasted for 4 weeks.The data of clinical efficacy of two groups after treatment were observed , and the expression of interleukin -17 , interleukin-23 in serum was detected .Results After treatment , the total effective rate of treatment group and control group was 92% and 72%(P<0.05).The expression of interleukin -17, interleukin -23 in treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group [ ( 44.56 ±4.72 ) vs ( 59.24 ±6.28 ) , ( 39.86 ±5.75 ) vs ( 52.97 ± 5.23 ) , P <0.05 ] .Conclusion Fengliao changweikang granule for D-IBS is significantly effective , and the mechanism may be related to down-regulation of interleukin -17 and interleukin-23 expression.关键词
