右美托咪定复合丙泊酚用于无痛纤维结肠镜检查的临床疗效及安全性评价
Clinical efficacy and safety of dexmedetomidine combined with propofol on analgesic coloscopy
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explicate the effects and safety of propofol com-bined with dexmedetomidine on analgesic coloscopy .Methods A total of 48 patients planed for analgesic coloscopy were randomly divided into control group ( n=26 ) and experiment group ( n=22 ) .Patients in the control group received propofol 2.5 mg・ kg-1 with plus of 0.5 -1.0 mg・ kg-1 intraoperatively and patients in the experiment group received dexmedetomidine 1μg・ kg-1 firstly followed by propofol 2.5 mg・ kg-1 . The procedure of fiber colonoscopy was done after anesthesia , the inner lumen was examined by the colonoscopy . In the procedure of examination , the analgesia effect time , wake up time , leave hospital time and incidence of odverse event between the two groups were compared . Results The analgesia effects was superior in the experiment compared with control group ( P <0.05 ) .The time of effectiveness recovery and leave hospital was significant shorter in experiment group compared with control group ( P <0.05 ) .The amount of propofol used in experiment group was smaller than control ( P <0.05 ) .The incidence of dizziness and restlessness was smaller in experiment group compared with control group ( P <0.05 ) . Conclusion Dexmedetomidine combined with propofol was efficacy and safe on analgesic coloscopy patients .关键词
