Abstract
Objective To evaluation the clinical efficacy and safety of dinoprostone and double balloon catheter for cervical ripening . Methods A total of 208 women with Bishop score less than 6 were ran-domly divided into treatment group ( n =105 ) and control group ( n =103).Patients in treatment group were given double balloon catheter for cervical ripening , and patients in control group were given dinoprostone for cervical ripening.The data of vaginal delivery in 24 hours, clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse drug reactions were recorded and com-pared between the two groups.Results The proportion of women who a-chieved vaginal delivery in 24 hours was higher in the treatment group than in the control group (68.57% vs 49.51%,P<0.05).There was no difference in cesarean delivery rates between the two groups ( 23.81%vs 26.21%, P>0.05 ) .Oxytocin and epidural analgesia were adminis-tered more frequently in treatment group (P<0.05).Uterine tachysystole or hypertonus occurred more frequently in the control group ( P<0.05 ) . Conclusion Double-balloon catheter can improve the for vaginal birth within 24 hours in the treatment of cervical ripening .关键词
