Abstract
; Objective To explore the bacterial drug resistance and its epidemic trend in non-intensive care unit( ICU) inpatients of first class hospitals in China for clinical reference in the use of antibacterial agents.Methods All of the bacterial susceptibility results from non-ICU inpa-tients of 557 first class hospitals from Jan 1 to Dec 31 , 2012 were collect-ed by unified protocol and the data were analyzed by software WHONET 5.6.The disc -diffusion or automatic clinical microbiological system method was used for the bacterial sensitivity.Results A total of 596531 bacterial isolates and their antibacterial susceptibility data were collected during the survey period.The top 5 specimen were sputum, urine, blood, secretion and pus.The incidences of methicillin-resistant Staphy-lococcus aureus ( MRSA ) and methicillin -resistant coagulase negative staphylococcus ( MRSCN ) were 42.0% and 73.6%, respectively.No vancomycin resistant Staphylococcus strains were found.There were 11.2% of Enterococcus faecalis and 84.4% of Enterococcus faecium resistant to ampicillin.1.1% of Enterococcus faecalis and 3.0% of En-terococcus faecium were resistant to vancomycin.23.0%of Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains and 33.0% of Acinetobacter baumannii strains were resistant to Imipenem, respectively.69.3% of Escherichia coli were resistant to cefotaxime and 3.5% to imipe-nem, respectively.Isolates of Enterobacteriaceae were still highly sensitive to imipenem and meropenem.Conclusion Bacterial resistance in non-ICU inpatients was common and bacterial resistance rate was similar to that in last year.关键词
