碧兰麻对比利多卡因在牙体牙髓病麻醉中的临床疗效及安全性研究
Clinical efficacy and safety between primacaine and lidocaine for the treatment of tooth pulp disease

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety between pri-macaine and lidocanie on tooth pulp disease.Method A total of 136 cases of tooth pulp disease were included in this study from August 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital and were divided into the treatment group (66 cases) and control group (70 cases) .Patients in the treatment group were given primacaine 0.6 -0.8 mL for single tooth root and 1.4-1.6 mL for multiple roots.And patients in control group were given lidocanie 2 -4 mL.The data of anesthesia function time, anesthetic effect, and adverse drug reactions in the two groups were analyzed. Results The mean function time was ( 2.1 ± 0.6 ) min and (5.6 ±1.2) min in the treatment and control group, respectively ( P<0.05).The excellent rate was 33.33%and 15.71%in the treatment and control group, respectively with statistical difference ( P<0.05).But the adverse drug reactions between the two groups had not statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Primacaine for the treatment of tooth pulp disease has a fast response time, a good anaesthesia effect and less adverse reaction.关键词
