Evaluation of the therapeutic drug monitoring work of vancomycin in 73 cases
目的：分析我院万古霉素血药浓度监测及临床疗效情况，促进临床个体化用药。方法对用万古霉素并监测血药浓度的73例患者的一般资料、原患疾病、病原学检测结果、抽血时间、万古霉素血药浓度、疗效、肾损害等临床资料进行统计分析。结果我院住院患者万古霉素血药浓度监测率为23．10％，万古霉素治疗有效率为67．61％，万古霉素血药谷浓度在10～20 mg・ L－1的患者占40．91％，治疗后肾功能异常发生率为12．33％。结论我院万古霉素血药谷浓度总体偏低，可结合…查看全部>>
