Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of atorvastatin combined with aspirin on hypertension patients with atherosclerosis . Methods Two hundred hypertension patients with atherosclerosis were randomly divided into trial group ( n =100 ) and control group ( n=100 ) .Conventional -dose atorvastatin ( 20 mg・ d -1 ) combined with aspirin 100 mg, po were used in control group and a high -dose atorvastatin (40 mg・ d-1 ) combined with aspirin 100 mg, po were used in trial group.The data of triglyceride ( TG ) , total cholesterol ( TC ) , low density lipoprotein cholesterol ( LDL-C ) , high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), systolic blood pressure ( SBP ) and carotid plaque classification were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment, the DBP, SBP, TG, TC and LDL-C of trial group were significantly lower than those of control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05 ) .The levels of HDL-C in blood serum of trial group were significantly higher than those of control group , and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05 ) . The carotid plaque classification of trial group was as follows:10 cases of I grade , 18 cases of Ⅱgrade, 17 cases of Ⅲgrade and 5 cases of Ⅳ grade, and those in control group were 2, 17, 20, and 11, respectively ( P <0.05 ) . Conclusion Atorvastatin 40 mg・ d-1 combined with aspirin for hypertension patients with atherosclerosis can effectively reduce blood pressure , adjust blood fat , and shrink neck atherosclerosis plaques , with its effect better than atorvastatin 20 mg・ d-1 combination with aspirin.关键词
