结肠癌患者血清抵抗素和瘦素水平的检测及其临床意义
Detection of Serum Levels of Resistin and Leptin in Patients with Colon Cancer and Its Clinical Significance
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the correlation between serum levels of resistin and leptin in patients with colon cancer and clinicopathological characteristics of colon cancer .Methods :A total of 29 patients who underwent radical surgical resection for colon cancer from Mar 2013 to Dec 2013 were selected as the study group ,while 27 healthy volunteers were selected as the con-trol group .The serum levels of resistin and leptin were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) .The correla-tion between patients′ serum levels of resistin and leptin and their clinicopathological characteristics were analyzed .Results:The serum levels of resistin and leptin in the study group were significantly different from those in the control group (P<0 . 05) .The serum levels of resistin and leptin had no significant difference among patients with colon cancer at different stages or different differentiation degrees(P>0 .05) .Conclusions :Resistin and leptin may be involved in the occurrence and development of colon cancer .关键词
