氯氰菊酯中毒迟发性脑病1例
Delayed Encephalopathy Induced by Cypermethrin Poisoning：a Case Report

摘要
Abstract
A case of cypermethrin poisoning induced delayed encephalopathy was reported.The clinical data and the related literature were reviewed.The patient had acute poisoning symptoms of gastrointestinal tract and respiratory tract and had defi-nite contact history of cypermethrin.Nervous system symptoms including dysphoria,babbing,weakness of limbs occurred at 3 day after pseudo-recovery period.The patient was hospitalized 19 d after the occurrence of the nervous system symptom and she was diagnosed as delayed poisoning encephalopathy.Symptoms were improved by symptomatic and supportive treatment. The case suggests that cypermethrin poisoning can induce delayed encephalopathy,so prophylactic treatment should be provi-ded at an early stage.关键词
