负压封闭引流技术治疗褥疮的临床体会

Abstract
Objective:To introduce the experience of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)in the treatment of bedsore .Methods:A total of 11 patients with bedsore from Aug 2006 to Sep 2011 were debridemented and covered with VSD for the treatment of bedsore in Department of Plastic Surgery ,Zhongnan Hospital ,Wuhan University .Results:All the patients were dealt with VSD for 8‐15 d .The size of wound reduced and granulation tissue grew well .The wound were covered with flap ,the bedsore recov‐ered satisfactorily when flap reconstruction was applied .Conclusions:VSD can immediately control the infection of wounds ,ef‐fectively promote the growth of the granulation and considerably shorten the healing time .关键词
