Effect of Different Nitrogen Supply on Populus davidiana × P . t remuloides Seedling’s Biomass,N Concentration and Their Seasonal Variation
摘要
Abstract
The effects of different nitrogen treatments on the biomass ,nitrogen concentration in roots , stems and leaves of Populus davidiana × P .tremuloides seedlings were studied by sand culture in green-house .The results suggested that N supply could significantly increase the seedlings biomass .The total biomass were highest when 16 mmol/L nitrogen in July and September ,while the maximum of total bio-mass at 8 level in August .The distribution in leaves decreased gradually ,while that of roots increased from July to September .The N concentrations were increased significantly as the N supply levels .The mean N concentrations in roots ,stems and leaves were 1 .16 ,1 .38 and 1 .03 times respectively in the lat-ter growth stage than in the initial stage .The results of this article can provide theory basis and the tech-nical references for the cultivation of Populus davidiana × P .tremuloides seedlings .关键词
