摘要

Abstract

The'Longyuan'plum as the object of study ,using the spectrophotometer method ,changes of sugar content and sugar plums grown metabolism related enzyme content ,through analysis ,the correlation found :plum fruit invertase activity in early ,vigorous ,sucrose content was relatively low ,with the fruit growth ,en-zyme activity gradually down conversion ,increase of sucrose synthase and sucrose phosphate synthase ,sucrose content increased gradually .Analysis of correlation showed that ,the sucrose content and sucrose synthase and sucrose phosphate synthase activity showed significantly and positively correlation ,and a significant negative correlation with invertase activity .
