Separation and Determination Pathogen of Watermelon Bacterial Fruit Blotch from Heilongjiang Province
摘要
Abstract
We separated 18 pathogens from Heilongjiang area .Through pathogenicity determina‐tion ,8 pathogens had pathogenicity to watermelon .We observed the culture character of the 8 pathogens ,and viewed their micro form .Through staining and physiological and biochemical de‐termination ,we could make sure that the 8 pathogens were Acidovorax avenae subsp .Citrulli willems et al .The host range of 8 pathogens were different .关键词
