桢楠优树子代苗期性状遗传变异研究
Study on Seedling Period Genetic Variation of Phoeloe hournei Progeny
摘要
Abstract
Using 22 plus trees’seed of Phoeloe hournei ,seedling period genetic variation of Phodoe hournei was deter‐mined in Dushan County Forest Farm .Based on the investigation of one‐year‐old seedHngs ,there was great signifi‐cant differe‐nce among the families in seedling height which was mainly affected by genetic factors .The seedling height of families at one‐year‐old ranged from 14 .4cm to 34 .0 cm .and the mean was 19 .1cm .5 superior families were preliminarily selected from the test families .The average seedling height of the 5 superior families at 1‐year‐old was 25 .0cm which had average genetic gains 28 .12% ,and the effeet of selection is significant .关键词
