摘要
Abstract
Hovenia is a wild or half wild tree widely distributed in our country .Ripe Hovenia fruit is composed of rounded seeds and fleshy peduncles .The nutritional quality ,functional components and utilization of Hovenia pe‐duncles were reviewed in this article with the purpose to provide reference for further study on the comprehensive u‐tilization of Hovenia and the further development of the peduncles .关键词
