西洋参不同部位人参皂苷类成分研究
Investigation of Ginsenosides in Different Parts of Panax quinque f olius
摘要
Abstract
Ginsenosides in different parts of Panax quinquefolius L .were investigated .The study was conducted with ultra performance liquid chromatography ,To compare the content of ginsenoside Rg1 ,Re ,Rb1 ,Rc ,Rb2 ,Rb3 , Rd in different parts of American Ginseng .Composition of ginsengsides from the ground and underground parts of plant are different ,The content of ginsengside Rb3 in leaf is the higher ,and a great amount of ginsenoside Rc in the root concentrate on the cortex .We clearly revealed the constitute and differences of ginsenosides in different parts of American ginseng ,which provides a theoretical basis for rational use of American ginseng resources .关键词
