檀梨种仁油脂提取及其脂肪酸组成的气相色谱分析
Extraction and Fatty Acid Composition of Py rularia edulis Lipid by GC
摘要
Abstract
Determination of moisture by weight loss ,Oil content by weight loss and weight gain ,fatty acid composi‐tion by GC for Pyrularia edulis .The results show that the moisture content is 18 .74% ,the average oil content is 11 .37% ,the main fatty acids is Oleic acid(74 .87% ) ,Linolenic acid(11 .80% ) ,Palmitic acid(5 .50% ) and Linoleic acid(4 .24% ) ect ,total of 8 .The total content of oleic acid ,linolenic acid ,linoleic acid up to 90 .91% .关键词
