摘要
Abstract
In order to scientific use of forest resources further ,to serve under‐forestry economy development better ,it analyzed the problem of the scientific and rational use of land in the process of the under‐forestry economy develop‐ment ,determined the technical contradiction among the planting area ,the destiny ,the used time and environment im‐pact which could be defined as the area of the static object ,the number of the matters or things ,the effect time of the static object and the harmful factors based on TRIZ .According to the established technical contradiction parameters , through checking the matrix ,on behalf of the innovation principle of solving contradiction ,it had been gotten NO . 22“harmful to beneficial principle” ,NO .1“cutting principle” ,NO .40“application composite materials principle ” , and put forwards the solution measures of how to scientific use of the land .关键词
