管石手法复位法治疗良性发作性位置性眩晕的临床疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of canalith repositioning maneuver on treating BPPV.Methods 118 patients with BPPV were divded into two groups.One group was treated with ordinary anti-dizziness drugs ,while the other one was treated with Canalith Repositioning Maneuver together.The efficacy essmated with ADL.Results The response rate of contrast group is 60.5%, and the rate of treated group is 76%.43(13.3%)patients had a one-hospital-day in the treated group,whie only 2 patients(4.6%) did.The treated group has a shorter resident time than the contrast group.Conclusion Canalith repositioning maneuver can shorter the resident time and improve patients'daily life.关键词
