门诊口服质子泵抑制剂用药分析

Abstract
Objective Understand the outpatient medication of proton pump inhibitors in our hospital which is designed to pro -vide a reasonable basis for its clinical application.Methods Randomly selected 26,107 outpatient prescriptions in our hospital from January to December 2012 for retrospectively surveyed.And used the Excellsoftware for statistical analysis the indicators such as bas-ic situation、DDDs and drug utilization index ( DUI) of outpatient oral proton pump inhibitors.Results There were 1154 prescrip-tions of using proton pump inhibitors in 26,107 prescriptions which application rate was 4.42%.Among them,the rabeprazole was accounted for 63.43%、pantoprazole 14.90%、omeprazole 12.65% and lansoprazole 9.01%.The maximum of DDDs was lanso-prazole and the least was omeprazole.However,learned from drug utilization index (DUI),the pass rate of using medication was be-tween 64%~67%.Conclusion Our hospital for the application of these drugs is reasonable.But from DUI,the medication pass rate was low.Thus in the clinical application medication should be taken with caution in patients under the specific circumstances which is in order to ensure safe and effective medication.关键词
