糖尿病高血糖危象临床治疗体会及分析

Abstract
Objective To discuss and analyze the treatment methods and clinical efficacy of hyperglycemic crisis in diabetes pa -tients.Methods Retrospectively analyzed 80 cases hyperglycemic crisis diabetes patients'clinical date from April 2013 to February 2013, and randomized by random digits table into two groups , each group has 40 cases, both groups conventionally used fluid infu-sion,electrolyte replacement , and used potassium supplement ,alkali supplement based on patients'specific circumstances.In terms of insulin therapy , A group used insulin pump constantly infused insulin subcutaneous , B group used intravenous infusion of insulin.Compared their clinical efficacy.Results Both groups blood sugar are significantly decreased , and the differences after and before treatment have statistically significant (P<0.01).A group's average blood sugar were lower than B group , but the probability of hy-poglycemia in A group was higher than B group , the differences have statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion Use fluid in-fusion、electrolyte replacement and insulin therapy can effectively reduce diabetes patients 'blood sugar, and make it become more stable.关键词
