摘要
Abstract
Objective Investigate the clinical significance of serum homocysteineine ( Hcy ) in lung cancer.Methods Serum Hcy levels were detected in newly diagnosed untreated lung cancer patients ( n=82 ) and healthy controls ( n=79 ) .Results In-creased total homocysteine (t-Hcy) were observed in lung cancer patients of every stage compared with healthy controls (P<0.01). Conclusion Increase of Hcy level in patients with lung cancer can be a reference indicator in diagnosis ,curative effect observation and prognosis of the disease.关键词
