Abstract
Objective Discuss the clinical diagnosis value of 16 slice spiral CT to liver abscess.Methods Take the 16 slice spiral CT plain scan , portal venous phase and arterial phase checks on 40 selected patients with liver abscess.Results 12 patients have focus on left lobe of the liver , 20 patients have focus on right lobe of the liver , and 8 patients have multiple focuses.Focuses present a slight low-density shadow or low-density shadow , mainly in the shape of quasi-circular.Gaseous shadows appear in the in-terior of 3 focuses.Conclusion 16 slice spiral CT scan can effectively display the pathologic condition of liver abscess , providing an iconographical reference for clinical diagnosis.关键词
