老年2型糖尿病下肢血管病变的研究
The research on the lower extremity vascular disease in elderly Type 2 diabetes mellitus

Abstract
Objectives To study the characteristics and the correlation of lower extremity arterial and venous diseases in elderly Type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 24 cases of elderly Type 2 diabetes mellitus and 36 cases of elderly patients without Type 2 dia-betes mellitus were checked lower limb vascular with color Doppler ultrasound,and all of them were measured the blood pressure, blood lipid and CRP.Results The peak systolic velocity of lower extremity arteries of the study group was much faster than the con-trol group,but the peak velocity of veins was much slower.Conclusions The changes in arterial and venous hemodynamics had been made before inside diameter was changed in elderly Type 2 diabetes mellitus.关键词
