摘要
Abstract
Recurrent aphthous ulcer is also known as recurrent oral ulcer,which is at the top of morbidity in the oral mucosal dis-eases,with periodicity and recurrence and restriction.The severe pain seriously affect the quality of life.The early research about the etiology of recurrent aphthous ulcer discovered and isolated the HSV form the lesions area in RAU,and supported it associated with psychological factors、endocrine factors、radiotherapy and the shortages of VitB12 and so on[1] .Later researches point out the course of RAU involved in cell -mediated immunity and humoral immunity,which are autoimmune diseases resulted from the cross-antigen stimulation of oral epithelial cells or microorganisms.Currently,the oral mucosa environment is concerned in further study of oral mu-cosal disease,which is associated with Oral Helicobacter pylori[2] .关键词
