锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折的疗效观察

Abstract
Objectives To observe the clinical effect of locking plate in the treatment of proximal humeral fractures.Methods A total of 60 patients with proximal humeral fractures admitted in our hospital from January 2009 to June 2010 were divided into treatment group treated with locking plate and control group with conventional operation,according to the surgical methods,30 cases for each.The excellent and good rate and the bad rate between two groups were compared.Results According to Neer grading,in treatment group,20 patients were excellent in shoulder-joint function,7 patients were good,3 patients were able and none were bad, with excellent and good rate and bad rate being 90.0%and 0.0%,respectively,while in control group,8 patients were excellent,4 patients were good,9 patients were able and 9 patients were bad, with excellent and good rate and bad rate being 40.0% and 30.0%,respectively,and both differences were significant (P<0.01).Conclusions The application of locking proximal humerus plate is satisfactory curative effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
