Abstract
Objective To study the expressions of EphB4mRNA,EphrinB2mRNA in endometrical carcinomas and to explore their significance.Methods The levels of EphB4 and EphrinB2 mRNA in frozen tissues of 35 endometrical carcinoma cases in which the tumours showed different grades were detected by RT-PCR and compared if the levels of mRNA correspond to their levels of protein and clinicopathological features.Results The positive expressions of EphB4mRNA and EphrinB2mRNA were both associ-ated with histological grade,lymph node metastasis and clinical stage respectively(P<0.05).The expression of EphB4mRNA and EphrinB2 did not fully correspond to their protein expression in endometrical carcinoma.Conclusions EphB4,EphrinB2 may be in-volved in carcinogenesis,development procedures of endometrical carcinoma.The combined detection of them can help to predict the clinical and pathologic characteristics of endometrial carcinoma and to guide treatment and tell the progonosis.关键词
