摘要
Abstract
Objectives This study aims to investigate the effects of ginsenoside Rg3 on the proliferation and migration of Caco-2 cells.Methods Inhibition of Caco-2 proliferation,apoptosis indexes within human colon cancer cell line Caco-2 cells were respec-tively detected by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium ( MTT) ,flow cytometry ( FCM) and Electron Microscope Technology.Results Differ-ent concentrations of TP showed significant inhibitory effects on human colon cancer cell line Caco-2.Conclusions TP can promote the apoptosis of human colon cancer cell line Caco-2.关键词
