海桐皮汤熏洗在桡骨远端骨折后期的康复疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objectives To observe effect fumigation of of pittosporum skin soup on wrist joint function recovery of distal radius fracture in the later period.Methods A total of 80 patients with distal radius fracture who received conservative treatment were se-lected and randomly into 2 groups,40 cases,respectively.Control group were treated with manual reduction,small splint external fix-ation and early function rehabilitation while treatment group were given fumigation of pittosporum skin soup based on control group. The course of 2 groups was 3 months and 6~18 months of followup was performed.Results According to Dienst functional evalua-tion criteria,the excellence rate of treatment group was higher than control group (82.5%v.s.65.0%) (P<0.05).Conclusions Fumigation of of pittosporum skin soup can promote the functional recovery of distal radius fracture in the later period,with the clinical curative effect.关键词
