摘要
Abstract
Overexpression of the enhancer of zeste homolog 2 (EZH2) protein has been found in broad range of cancer types.Its overexpression related with the histological differentiation degree,clinical stage,tumor size,lymph node metastasis and prognosis. This paper reviewed the relationship between the structure,function of EZH2 with the silencing mechanism of other enzyme,and the expression of EZH2 in tumors.关键词
